RESUME: Ilija Dražić started his professional career in 1984 and has been practicing law ever since. The partner is also the founder of the Law office “Dražić, Beatović & Stojić”.
During his long career, he was a legal counsellor in a large number of investment, M&A and privatization projects in various industries and economic activities, some of which were the largest transactions in Serbia and the region. He represented the clients before a large number of courts in Serbia, but also on the territory of former Yugoslavia, and has also represented clients in the arbitrage proceedings both in Serbia and abroad.
A former member of an expert team of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for legal reforms in the field of foreign investments, foreign trade and concession (2000/2001). He also participated and acted as a training expert in a large number of various business conferences and training sessions in the field of privatization and investments, concessions and pledges. Also participated in the drafting and preparation of several regulations which are still or used to be in effect in the Republic of Serbia, such as the Law on Foreign Investments, the Law on Financial Leasing and Law on Pledge of Movable Assets Registered in the Pledge Register.
He is an arbitrator of the Permanent Court of Arbitration with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and a former arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (while it existed) with the Basketball Federation of Serbia. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of "Alpha bank Serbia" a.d.

RESUME: Aleksandra Stojić is a partner in the Law office “Dražić, Beatović & Stojić”. She counselled and acted as a member of the legal team in a large number of M&A transactions, privatizations, reorganizations and restructuring in various economic activities, as well as in other investment projects, some of which were the largest transactions in Serbia and the region. She also counselled clients on all aspects in the field of corporate, commercial law, property law, as well as in the field of competition, infrastructure, and intellectual property rights.
During her long career, she represented a large number of clients in court and other procedures before competent bodies.
